At Ásaa Farms, the mango harvest marks a brief, beautiful window - one that we’ve shaped into an intimate supper experience.

This mango-led menu is built around the fruit in all its forms - raw, ripe, slow-cooked and preserved. From the sharpness of kaccha aam to the richness of aamras, each course moves through the season in a way that feels both familiar and quietly indulgent.

The meal is served as a multi-course experience, designed to be unhurried and shared. Expect a balance of comforting flavours, thoughtful details, and a setting that lets the evening unfold at its own pace.

Hosted at the farm with limited seating, this is not a restaurant service, but a seasonal table - one that changes subtly with each weekend, depending on the harvest.
